Paul Bradford has been awarded the covetted Les Disciples de Escoffier. The picture below shows Paul being given his award by the President of the Itallian Cuisine Association, Francesco Ammirati.

Paul is the Creative Director of Truly Scrumptious and has been designing spectacular cakes for the past 14 years. He thrives on the challenge of coming up with the WOW factor every time and is always out to give his customers an edible centrepiece to be proud of.

Challenge Paul to come up with a designer cake to compliment your occasion. He's made special commissions like a replica of Edinburgh Castle, the Stone of Destiny, St Enoch Centre, Empire State building and many, many more. Recently he was flown out to Monaco to create a VIPs wedding cake and has undertaken many other VIP commissions including cakes for royalty.

Paul loves his craft and is equally excited at teaching as designing. His courses are thoroughly enjoyed and he takes great pleasure from the relationships that he builds with customers and students alike.

In April 2010 Paul made a cake for Prince Albert of Monaco in front of 100 Italian cuisine students. Here's a short clip of Paul in action.
