Chocolate Croquenbush Wedding Cake

The Chocolate Croquenbush wedding cake is made of profiteroles which can be made with either fresh cream, créme pattissier or chocolate (white, milk or dark) ganache.

This cake will serve approximately 82 (2"x1") portions or 164 (1"x1") portions + 200 profiteroles - Ideal for dessert! Additional portions can be achieved through using additional cutting cake. Similarly the price and portions reduce if you prefer a smaller model.
