• If the design does not match your expectations we pledge to do everything we can do rectify the matter before your occasion. If you are still not happy, we will refund the full price.
• If you are not happy, for whatever reason, with the cake filling we will refund the price of the cake as long as at least half the cake is returned.
• If you consider that our service has fallen short of your expectations, the matter will be investigated and resolution offered within 2 working days.

• How to Order Your Cake

Your order can be taken either on-line, over the phone or by visiting the shop. At the shop there is a large database of cakes ( Birthday Cakes, Wedding Cakes, Celebration Cakes ) to show you or if there's a particular design you are keen on, but can't find a picture on the website, please get in touch and we would be delighted to send a picture if we have one.

• How to Pay

You can pay with card details over the phone or at the shop or via Worldpay through the website. We also accept cheques, and of course cash. To secure your order we ask for a £20 deposit for celebration cakes and £100 for wedding cakes with balance payable either on collection of 2 weeks before the arranged delivery date.

• Fillings and Shapes

You can choose from our delicious range of cake fillings which include chocolate, lemon drizzle, toffee, maderia sponge, carrot and fruit cake. Samples are available for you to sample our range of fillings at the shop.

We also offer a delicious range of creamy centres ranging from white Belgian chocolate ganache to Bailey's cream and of course buttercream for the maderia sponge.
                                                                    
Each cake can be designed specifically to meet your requirements with the size and shape usually determined by the number of guests you are looking to feed. Our cakes range from 4"-14" in round and square cakes and a selection of other sizes and shaped cake tins. Our portions are all shown against each cake advertised on our website, however, if you are at all unsure please get in touch.

• Delivery and Set-Up

Why give yourself any pressure, especially with a wedding cake, let us deliver and set your cake up. Most often it will be one of our designers that will deliver your cake where they can add the finishing touches at the venue and check that everything is as it was ordered.
